  • Body scanning: Slow attention through your body — noticing tension, warmth, tightness, ease. Let each zone speak before you try to “fix” it.

  • Grounding & orientation: Use the senses (what you see, feel, hear) to anchor into safety when the system feels hyper or scattered.

  • Pendulation: Move softly between discomfort and resource (neutral or ease). This builds resilience in your nervous system.

  • Breath archetypes: Breath into parts of your body — belly, heart, throat — to guide presence and integration.

  • Micro-movement / release: Gentle shaking, stretching, small fascia releases to unfurl stuck energy.

  • Somatic integration between sessions: short “check-ins” over voice or text to anchor shifts (this is your value-add in mentoring containers).
